With a maximum temperature of 180 degrees, the Cocoon is a 30-minute session that is customizable with each visit. There are four settings that one is able to choose from:

Before Your Session
- Avoid caffeine the day of your visit
- Drink at least 16 ounces of room temperature water within 1 hour your visit
- Visit the restroom if necessary. Remember it is a 1 hour session
- Disrobe completely and remove all jewelry
- Apply Fit Booster Spray or Pure Sweat Cream all over your body paying particular attention to problem areas
- Put on the Fit Coat. This is specifically designed to amplify results.
During Your Session
- Lie down into the Fit Blanket and pull each section over your body
- If you have breast implants, fold down or turn off the chest area
- Each zone is adjustable; please feel free to adjust each zone to balance comfort and effectiveness.
- Attempt to drink at least 16 ounces of water during your session. It is important to keep hydrated during your session.
- The Fit Wrap will turn off automatically. Undo each section, dispose of the body cover, and towel off.
- Drink another 16 ounces of room temperature water
After your session
- It is important to stay properly hydrated even after your session
- Since your body is continuing the feel benefits of your Fit Wrap session, you will continue to SWEAT up to three hours after your session.
- You may feel a “rush” of energy immediately after your session.
- For Weight Loss-Although many people see results after the first session, for weight loss we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, and 1-2 sessions per week following.
- For Other Benefits-We recommend 1-2 sessions per week for optimum results
