Many people will bring sunglasses with them, but at times this isn’t enough to protect your eyes in the best way possible. You may be asking what more can you do? The best thing to do is to wear a cap or keep them shut, rather than using sun glasses while lying in the sun. Believe it or not your eyelids are more effective than those designer glasses most of you are sporting at the beach.

4. Move around 

When tanning your front have your arms up and when you turn on your stomach keep your arms out more than that. Along these lines, you uncover even those parts that are harder to show off.
